I have hands-on experience applying machine learning to real-world problems, from predictive modeling to user behavior analysis. Product Launch Strategies & Execution
My experience in product launch strategies emphasizes a comprehensive approach to successfully introduce new products to the market. I led all NPIs (New Product Introduction) relating to the OnePlus 2, X, and 3 including coordinating and managing strategies with the Product, Web, Design, agencies, and regional teams.
This resulted in the VR Product Launch hitting 308K views, and our first big YouTube video racked up over 1.5M views. Facebook reached 2.43M fans, YouTube grabbed 254K subs and 40.4M views, and Twitter crossed 1M followers. Pre-orders and email subscriptions shot up, too, hitting 1.8M. For the OnePlus 3 launch, the VR Loop Video got 500K views, while the VR app saw 265K installs in a weekend! The launch teasers crushed it with 5.8M views! These efforts earned prestigious recognition, including The Drum Dadi Awards 2016 and a Dutch VR Awards Nomination 2017 for VR and AR marketing campaigns.

Brand Development & Corporate Identity
With extensive experience in brand development and corporate identity, I understand the critical elements that create a cohesive company image. I begin by defining a brand’s mission, values, and target audience, ensuring that all aspects align with market needs. My approach includes designing a compelling visual identity—logo, color palette, and typography—that captures the brand’s essence. Event Marketing
In my experience with event marketing, I’ve found it to be a powerful tool for promoting brands or products through live or virtual events. This included defining goals—such as brand awareness, lead generation, and networking—and tailoring the event to the target audience.
One of the most successful events I executed was the OnePlus partners event during Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona. The event focused on nurturing relationships with key influencers, press, communication carriers, and partners. I successfully negotiated partnerships with major hardware companies such as Gibson, Razer, DJI, and Hasselblad, aligning product development with market leaders in camera, audio, and gaming technologies. I also built relationships with influencers like Emily Ratajkowski, Marques Brownlee, and Jake Paul, boosting visibility and sales. Additionally, I established software partnerships with companies like Activision, Microsoft Pix, and Uber, resulting in enhanced user experience and website traffic. Collaborating with operators and distributors like O2, Elisa, and 3 Denmark at the event was instrumental in facilitating product launches and co-marketing efforts in new markets.

UI/UX & Web Development
In my experience as a UI/UX designer and web developer, during the design phase I focus on wireframing and prototyping to map the user journey and identify potential pain points. I work with responsive design, recognizing that many users access sites on mobile. Once the site is live, I conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven improvements.
I helped design and develop games and software including for Shopify, Doohickey App, Breezy Blue, and LemonadeSocial. I have full stack development experience including with Javascript, HTML, CSS, React Native, Python, C#, Unity3D, Unreal Engine, and SQL. I combined this with my agile project management experience to deliver and monitor full cycle development including MVP, alpha, beta and public global launch. Community Development & Engagement
In my experience with community development and engagement in marketing, I’ve learned that building strong relationships with our audience is crucial for brand loyalty. I begin by identifying the target community and understanding their interests to create relevant content, and organize online and offline events to strengthen connections within the community and with the brand.
Following the launch of the OnePlus 3, we hosted 7 different pop-up events across the globe to show the OnePlus 3 to our fans in person. All seven pop-ups had hundreds to thousands of fans waiting in line, around the building, around multiple blocks in certain locations, and attracted local news TV.

In my experience as a developer and artist, I begin by conceptualizing ideas that resonate with the target audience, ensuring gameplay mechanics and narratives align with their interests. I focus on creating engaging environments, characters, and storylines, bringing these concepts to life for a cohesive visual and auditory experience. I design intuitive interfaces that enhance player interaction and immersion, and prioritize user feedback through playtests to gather insights and refine the overall experience. Social Media & Email Marketing
I use social media, email, and content marketing to drive engagement and achieve results. I created targeted social media content and ads on various social platforms to connect with different audience segments, and email marketing to maintain direct communication through personalized, segmented campaigns, while automation nurtures leads. I further optimized channels, and used real-time analytics to refine strategies.
Examples of this includes the “Razer Giveaway”, “the OtterBox Campaign”, “Phonejoy giveaways”, “WWYDFT2”, “One Day, One Photo” and “7 days of Giveaways”. In order to execute these campaigns, I obtained strategic partnerships with Pebble, Giroptic, dBrand, Colette and Tile. These digital campaigns resulted in our socials and community forum numbers and engagement to go up drastically, with 353K new discussions, 14.7M new messages, and 949K new members. Another social content I worked on was helping to create the OnePlus documentary, which garnered 4 million views just on YouTube.
